Most of the original 1913 building materials have been brought back to life. All original wood floors, doors, window frames & windows, etc. were stripped of old paint applied since 1913. Original 1913 brass door hardware was removed, taken to a business specializing in brass restoration. Door knobs polished & tarnish removed. New wall mount BRASS kitchen faucet. Placement of faucet is in exact same location as when original builder installed in 1913. IN GROUND POOL has been Re plastered, new beautiful blue tile installed.
