HSF Affiliates

Earl Lee is the chief executive officer of HSF Affiliates LLC, which operates the real estate brokerage networks of Prudential Real Estate, Real Living Real Estate and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.

Mr. Lee has worked under the Prudential Real Estate brand since 1995 when his company, Locations LLC in Hawaii, joined the network. He served as senior vice president, principal broker and partner for the firm over a 20-year period. Mr. Lee joined Prudential Real Estate Affiliates in 1998 as its EVP of network services. He led the Prudential Real Estate network for most of the past decade, first as president from 2000 to 2006, and as president of Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services from 2008 through 2011. He oversaw Prudential Relocation for a year and half between these assignments. He continues holding the title of president for Prudential Real Estate.

Mr. Lee has served on the National Association of REALTOR® Real Estate Advisory Board and its Executive Committee, and served as board member of Worldwide ERC®, the international association for relocation professionals. He has also served as national director for the Asian American Real Estate Association, the National Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.

Stephen Phillips is the chief operating officer of HSF Affiliates LLC. Mr. Phillips brings a wealth of experience from his prior roles in real estate and financial services management, including serving as executive vice president and COO for GMAC Home Services from 2001-2006. He also served as interim CEO of the GMAC Relocation Services business, where he implemented Premier Service.

Prior to joining GMAC, Mr. Phillips worked at US Bancorp, the sixth-largest commercial bank in the U.S., as senior vice president overseeing a $2 billion portfolio serving large corporate clients. He also held the position of managing director for Koch Ventures, Inc., where he originated and managed equity investment opportunities, among other duties.

Brian Peterson is the chief financial officer of HSF Affiliates LLC. He is a certified public accountant with 33 years’ experience in accounting and finance, of which 24 years were in real estate brokerage and franchising; 10 years with ERA and the last 14 years with Brookfield/GMAC in various senior executive leadership roles.

Mr. Peterson, in addition to responsibility for reporting, forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and collection management, has also been active in due diligence for post Brookfield acquisitions and in financial system migrations.

He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Minnesota, Duluth.
